The Social Bite: A Coffee Shop With A Heart And A Mission

Located in the Sauchiehall Street, in Glasgow there's a coffee shop that stands out from the rest. The Social Bite. This isn't your café; it's a place with a mission to tackle homelessness and its impact is truly remarkable. Let me take you on a journey to explore this one of a kind establishment meet its visionary owner and discover the experience it offers.

At the heart of The Social Bite is Josh Littlejohn, who not has a passion for coffee but also happens to be a bestselling author. His vision extends beyond serving brews; it's about making a real difference in the community. Joshs dedication to creating change is incredibly inspiring.

One exceptional aspect of The Social Bite is its commitment to empowering individuals who have experienced homelessness or unemployment. They provide opportunities for those often overlooked by employers offering them a chance to rebuild their lives. It warms my heart to witness such a business, with social values.

When it comes to coffee Social Bite has something to suit everyones taste. Whether you prefer an espresso, a latte or a frothy cappuccino you'll find an array of coffee options that will satisfy your caffeine cravings. The dedicated baristas take care in crafting your cup just the way you like it.

What truly sets Social Bite apart is its commitment to community and kindness. A special area is dedicated to displaying polaroids and uplifting notes from customers—a heartwarming testament, to the love and goodwill shared within this establishment.

The "Pay It Forward" policy encourages customers to do deeds spreading positivity and making an impact, on others.

Whether you're seeking a location for business meetings studying or collaborating on group projects The Social Bite has got you covered. The atmosphere is conducive to productivity making it an ideal spot for work and study sessions.

While The Social Bite excels in their coffee offerings their tea and baked goods are truly delightful. The mouthwatering flavors and enticing aromas of their menu items are sure to leave you wanting more. Personally I found the lattes a bit diluted. The exceptional tea and baked goods easily compensate for that.

If theres one aspect that could be improved upon it would be the operating hours. Extending their service beyond 6 PM would be fantastic as it would allow more people to enjoy this establishment.

Although, my experience with their lattes was not the best, however their teas and bakeries did not disappoint.

I am excited, about going to try more of the items on their menu and making it my favorite coffee shop for studying. The way they contribute positively to the world is truly impressive. I highly recommend stopping by on your stroll along Sauchiehall Street. Your purchase of coffee could potentially make a difference, in someones life.
